Notification: Inquiry into EPA’s Chemical Risk Assessments Conducted under the Toxic Substances Control Act

The OIG plans to initiate an inquiry into a hotline complaint regarding chemical risk assessments conducted under the Toxic Substances Control Act, or TSCA, including Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, commonly known as PFAS.
