Public Notice: North Ridge Estates Superfund Site Record of Decision

North Ridge Estates Superfund Site Record of Decision
How to Comment

EPA is neither requesting nor accepting comments on this public notice. It is for informational purposes only.

Publish Date

Summary

EPA has completed a final cleanup plan (also called a Record of Decision) for Operable Unit 2 at the North Ridge Estates Superfund site in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

EPA chose No Further Action for this part of the site. This means that cleanup is complete because earlier work addressed contamination so that human health and the environment are protected.

During last year’s public comment period (June 9 to July 15, 2025), EPA received two comments supporting this plan for no further action. After reviewing and responding to those comments, EPA finalized the Record of Decision.

A copy of the Record of Decision, supporting documents and administrative record are available for review at North Ridge Estates Superfund site documents.
