2026 Regional, State, and Local Dispersion Modelers' Workshop

Please save the dates of July 14 to July 16 for the 2026 Regional, State, and Local (RSL) Dispersion Modelers' Workshop.

The 2026 RSL Dispersion Modelers' Workshop will be held at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge - Bloomington Education and Visitor Center from July 14th through July 16th, 2026.  The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and EPA Region 5 are our gracious host agencies this year.

Stakeholders will be able to participate virtually on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 14th.  Otherwise, the 2026 RSL Dispersion Modelers' Workshop will only be open to co-regulatory air permitting agencies.  The Workshop proceedings will also be hosted virtually via MS Teams for those co-regulatory air permitting agencies unable to travel to Minneapolis, but in-person attendance is strongly encouraged.  Afterwards, the presentations from all three days of Workshop will be posted to the EPA's SCRAM website.
