About the Office of Grants and Debarment (OGD)
What We Do
OGD oversees the management of the Agency’s assistance agreements. It develops national policies, guidance and training; provides national compliance support; administers assistance agreements for Headquarters programs; and manages the Agency’s Suspension and Debarment program. The Agency’s Grants Management Plan establishes the long-term goals and performance measures for ensuring the proper stewardship of the Agency’s assistance agreement resources in support of the EPA’s mission.
