Not in Arkansas SIP but is part of the EPA approved 40 CFR Part 62 Arkansas 111(d) Plan for Designated Facilities effective April 1, 2024.
As approved by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission January 28, 2022, effective May 6, 2022.
Submitted to EPA June 20, 2022 via cover letter dated May 12, 2022,
Regulations.gov document R06-OAR-2022-0984-0003,  Chapter 8 rules approved by EPA are on Adobe file pages 57 to 59.

Approved by EPA March 1, 2024 (89 FR 15038) effective April 1, 2024,
