     Facilities subject to Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission’s Regulation 26,
Regulations of the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program, (Regulation 26) shall be required to
have their permit applications processed in accordance with the procedures contained in
Regulation 26 which are hereby incorporated by reference.
