1. Added Definition of "PM2.5", with a State effective date of 2/11/2003 and a SIP-effective date of 12/1/2005.
2. Administrative and non-substantive revisions to all sections. The SIP effective date is 10/12/10 (75 FR 48566).

3.  84 FR 25183 federally effective 7-1-2019 - Updated definition of Volatile Organic Compound. The 3 asterisks (***) indicate the omission of DNREC definitions which are not part of the Delaware SIP.
