Comments:
Historical information -
1.  Administrative and non-substantive revisions to all sections.  The SIP effective date is 10/12/10. 75 FR 48566 dated 8-11-2010.

2.  84 FR 37772 dated 8-2-19 Under General Provisions - Removes the phrase, ‘‘except electric arc furnaces and their associated dust-handling equipment as set forth in 2.2 of this regulation.’’  Under Requirements - Removes the requirement of 2.2, which reads ‘‘2.2 The requirements of 2.1 of this regulation shall not apply to electric arc furnaces, and their associated dust-handling equipment, with a capacity of more than 100 tons which are governed by 7 DE Admin. Code 1123.’’
