*   Comments Historical information:   1.   Revisions to Section 805, effective 2/28/2005.  EPA approved an additional revision to Section 805 on 12/28/2004, 69 FR 77645.  Asbestos Control Regulations are not part of the SIP.

                                                                              2.    82 FR 20270 dated 5/1/2017 for updates to sulfur content of No. 2 and No. 4  fuel oils and the prohibition of use of No. 5 fuel oil.2/24/20, 3.  85 FR 10295 for Section 805  Revised paragraphs 805.1(a), 805.1(a)(1), 805.1(a)(2) and 805.4(b). 

3.  Revisions to Section 805, effective 12/14/2018. EPA approved revisions to Section 805 on 8/31/2021, 86 FR 48504. Amended 805.1(a), 805.1(a)(2), and 805.4 (a) and (b). Previous approval (see the Federal Register of 2/24/2020) corrected to include accurate citation of amendments to DC NOx RACT rule.
