Regulatory Text:
Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 33 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, Part III Air (LAC 33:III)

Chapter 15. Emission Standards for Sulfur Dioxide

Section 1503.D.2. TABLE 4. Emissions--Methods of Contaminant Measurement
As adopted in the Louisiana Register December 20, 1996 (LR 22:1212,p 2 to 5) (AQ145),
Approved/As approved by EPA July 5, 2011 (76 FR 38977) SIP effective August 4, 2011 (LAd34),
Regulations.gov docket EPA-R06-OAR-2007-0924 [LA021]

Although not listed in the July 5, 2011 (76 FR 38977) Federal Register amendatory language (see page 76 FR 38982), this Table 4 assumes that EPA approved revisions to Table 4 adopted in the Louisiana Register December 20, 1996 (LR 22:1212,p 2 to 5) (AQ145) in the July 5, 2011 Federal Register action.  This is in order to be consistent with other revisions adopted in the December 20, 1996 Louisiana Register approved by EPA in the July 5, 2011 Federal Register and to be consistent with Table 4 in the current Louisiana Air Quality Control Regulations.
