Chapter 9. General Regulations on Control of Emissions and Emission Standards

Section 918. Recordkeeping and Annual Reporting
Approved by EPA 03/08/89 (54 FR 09795) at 52.970(c)(49) effective 05/08/89.

   Reports must be made to the department annually. These reports are to be submitted to the department by March 1st of each year (for the period January 1st to December 31st of the previous year). The report should include all data applicable to the emission source or sources which may be required under LAC 33:III.109.C, LAC 33:III.927 or LAC 33:III.919.A of these regulations. In any event, data should confirm the facility remained in compliance for the year or achieved the prescribed milestones to ultimately achieve compliance.
