Comments:

1. Revised COMAR 26.11.01.01B(53)- definition of "volatile organic compounds (VOC)".  The SIP-effective date is 5/30/06.
2. Revised COMAR 26.11.01.01B(53)- definition of "volatile organic compounds (VOC)" (73 FR 10673), with a State effective date of 10/8/07. The SIP-effective date is 4/28/08.
3.  In COMAR 26.11.01.01B(46), the text should read, " 'Standard conditions' means at a temperature of 77ºF (25ºC) and...."
4.  Revised COMAR 26.11.01.01B(17)- definition of "fuel burning equipment."  The SIP effective date is 4/25/11.
5.  Added and revised definitions.  The SIP effective date is 9/4/12, as corrected on 8/30/12 at 77 FR 52605).
6.  Added and revised definitions.  The State effective date is 3/5/12 and the SIP effective date is 4/1/13 (78 FR 13497).
7.  Revision 11/25/14 for # 37 PSD definition (79 FR 70095) state effective date of regulation was 7/8/13.
8.  Revised 81 FR 59486 dated 8/30/16 - state effective 3/3/14 with EPA effective 9/29/16
9.  Revision in 81 FR 78048 state effective 5-10-10 with EPA effective date of 12/7/2016.

10.  82 FR 32641 revised definition NOx Ozone Season Allowance 26.11.01.01B(24-1).  FR dated 7/17/2017 with a federally effective date of 8/16/17.  State effective date of 5/9/16 -Amends the definition of "NOx Ozone Season Allowance" in 26.11.01.01B(24-1)

11.  83 FR 51366 Section .01B is revised to remove definition 24-1 for "NOx Ozone Season allowance" - federally effective 11/13/2018.
