Filed with the New Mexico State Records and Archives Center July 1, 2008 effective August 1, 2008.
Approved by EPA September 14, 2009 (74 FR 46910) SIP effective November 13, 2009 (NMd22).
New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) submitted to EPA on October 13, 2016, a request to
remove the following sections of Part 7 from the
New Mexico SIP:
Section 106, Subsection B;
Section 110, Subsection B, Paragraph 15;
Section 111;
Section 112;
Section 113;
Section 115; and
Section 116.

This request was approved by EPA March 3, 2023 (88 FR 13320) SIP effective April 3, 2023 (NMd88),
Regulations.gov docket EPA-R06-OAR-2016-0676.


Dates in brackets at the end of each section of Part 7 are New Mexico State effective dates.
