Appendix H , De minimis Facilities, was added to this web site September 30, 2019.
Due to an oversight by the EPA editor of this web site, the EPA editor failed to include Appendix H when he updated the Oklahoma rules in this web site with the Oklahoma rule revisions approved by EPA May 15, 2017 (82 FR 22281) SIP effective June 14, 2017 (OKd21).
