252:100-43-1.  Purpose

     The purpose of this Subchapter is to provide requirements on air pollution sampling and testing.

252:100-43-2.  Test procedures

(As approved by EPA 11/03/1999 (64 FR 59629) at 52.1920(c)(48) effective 01/03/2000.)

     All tests shall be made and the results calculated in accordance with test procedures approved by the  Executive Director.  All tests shall be made under the direction of a person qualified by training and/or experience in the field of air pollution control.

252:100-43-3.  Conduct of tests

(As approved by EPA 11/03/1999 (64 FR 59629) at 52.1920(c)(48) effective 01/03/2000.)

     The  Executive Director may conduct tests of emissions of air contaminants from any source.  Upon request of the Department, the person responsible for the source to be tested shall provide necessary ports in stacks or ducts to provide compliance with procedures approved by the  Executive Director, and such other safe and proper sampling and testing facilities, exclusive of instruments and sensing devices as may be necessary for proper determination of the emission of air contaminants.
