Rule 16. Invoking Jurisdiction of the Commission.
(Not in current Texas General Rules)

(Approved by EPA 05/31/72 (37 FR 10895) at 52.2270(b) [indicated by “01" below] effective 05/31/72.)

01 Any person may petition the Commission through the Executive Director for such consideration and action related to air pollution control as he may desire. The Commission will review and act on the petition in such manner as the Commission may prescribe.
