§101.16.  Effect of Acceptance of Variance or Permit.

01     Acceptance of a variance or a permit constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement that the holder thereof will comply with its terms and with the rules, regulations, and orders of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission adopted pursuant to the Act.
