10   Rule 23.  Any person owning or operating a source of air  contaminants shall comply with any applicable New Source Performance Standards promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to §111 of the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended, and any applicable Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to §112 of the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended.


§101.20.  Compliance with Environmental Protection Agency Standards.

73    Any person owning or operating a source of air contaminants shall comply with the following requirements:

           (1) and (2) NOT in SIP

73         (3) The conditions of any permit issued by the EPA pursuant to 40 Code of Federal Regulations 52.21 relating to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality.
