Texas SIP: 30 TAC 114.260. Transportation conformity; SIP effective 09/07/99 to April 9, 2001

Regulatory Text:
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission
Chapter 114 - Control of Air Pollution from Motor Vehicles

SUBCHAPTER G : TRANSPORTATION PLANNING

§114.260.  Transportation Conformity.

As adopted by TNRCC on November 18, 1998, effective December 13, 1998, and submitted to EPA on December 10, 1998.

(Approved by EPA 07/08/99 (64 FR 36794) effective 09/07/99.   NOTE:  No action was taken on the portions of 30 TAC 114.260 that contain 40 CFR 93.102(c), 93.104(d), 93.109(c)-(f), 93.118(e), 93.120(a)(2), 93.121(a)(1), and 93.124(b).)

See "TX Chap 114 (Reg 4) - Control of Air Pollution from Motor Vehicles effective 2001/04/09 (April 9, 2001)", "Subchap  G:  Transportation Planning", "TX §114.260.  Transportation Conformity", below for the text of Section 260 as approved by EPA July 8, 1999 (64 FR 36794), effective September 7, 1999.

The February 7, 2001 (66 FR 9203 to 9206) Federal Register action approving revision to Chapter 114 did not affect the SIP status of Section 114.260.  Section 260 was merely recodified into Subchapter G, Transportation Planning, of Chapter 114.  Section 260 was also included in the February 7, 2001, Federal Register action table to complete the outline of SIP-approved Chapter 114 in effect as of April 9, 2001.
