As approved by EPA March 17, 2014 (79 FR 14611), effective April 16, 2014 
(TXd151), Regulations.gov docket EPA-R06-OAR-2013-0439 [TX151].
Errors in March 17, 2014 Federal Register amendatory language: 
On pages 79 FR 14612 and 14613, Section 115.247, Exemptions, and Section 115.249, Counties and 
Compliance Schedules, should have been repealed, NOT revised, i.e., Section 115.247 and 
Section 115.249 have been removed from the Texas SIP.
These errors in the CFR were corrected in the September 23, 2015 (80 FR 57302, TXd171) amendatory language.
