   Comments:   1.  64 FR 47670 dated 9/1/1999 with state effective date of 1./24/1997

                              2. Regulations 5-91-40, 5-91-60, 5-91-80, and 5-91-110.  The SIP effective date is October 18, 1999.  These regulations were not affected by EPA's rulemaking action on the Chapter 91 revisions which EPA approved on 4/22/08 (73 FR 21540).

                              3.  Regulations 5-91-40, 5-91-60, 5-91-80, and 5-91-110 are removed from the SIP, effective 9/27/12 (77 FR 44149) dated 7/27/2012.
