TSCA Section 21 Petition Concerning Lead in Paint - Public and Commercial Buildings

This petition requests that EPA promulgate a rule pursuant to TSCA Section 8(d) requiring property managers, building owners, and contractors disturbing paint on public and commercial buildings to submit to EPA certain records related to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s construction standard for lead.
