Burn Wise Hang Tags- Technical Information

All wood heaters and hydronic heater models that meet the EPA 2020 Step 2 emission limits when tested with cord wood can display a Burn Wise hangtag on their models.  The EPA Certified Wood Heater Database identifies which models qualify for this hangtag. 

To search which models were tested with cord wood enter “cord wood” next to the Certified Fuel type and then press “Do Search.”  This will display the list of wood heaters tested with cord wood.
