On Page 14, the NOFO calls for the budget narrative to be included in the narrative proposal. However, the NOFO also lists the budget narrative as a mandatory document to be included separate from the project narrative and there is a section in Grants.gov for mandated budget narrative attachment. Should the budget narrative be entered in the proposal in two areas? Secondly, due to the page restrictions on the workplan, would it be compliant to have a briefer budget in the workplan and a more detailed budget in the mandated budget narrative?
Please enter the budget narrative in both the workplan document (combined budget and project narratives) and the mandated budget narrative section in Grants.gov. Both the proposal narrative and budget narrative are mandatory components of the application.
