Charge and Operating Proceedures for NACEPT Assumable Waters Subcommittee

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), convened the first meeting of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology’s (NACEPT) Assumable Waters Subcommittee on October 6th and 7th, 2015, in Washington D.C.  At the meeting the Subcommittee reviewed, amended, and adopted the Charge and Operating Procedures listed below.
