NACEPT Assumable Waters Subcommittee Final Meeting Summary (October 6-7, 2015)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), convened the first meeting of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology’s (NACEPT) Assumable Waters Subcommittee on October 6th and 7th, 2015 in Washington D.C. The purpose of the meeting was to begin to provide advice and recommendations on how the EPA can best clarify which waters a State or Tribe assumes permitting responsibility for under an approved Clean Water Act (CWA) section 404 program.
