NACEPT Assumable Waters Subcommittee Meeting Summary (September 28-29, 2016)

Below are the meeting summary of the 5th meeting of the NACEPT Assumable Waters Subcommittee, the chair's certification of the summary, and the presentation given by the USACE regarding how they determine which waters are Traditionally Navigable Waters.
