A docket is a collection of documents made available by an agency for public viewing, often in association with an opportunity for public comment.
Each year, EPA receives as many as 7 million public comments on the proposed rules, notices, and other actions it posts to dockets at regulations.gov.
Notice: Due to public health concerns related to COVID-19, the EPA Docket Center and Reading Room are closed to the public with limited exceptions. Read more about the closure.
