Implementation Documents for Small, Underserved, and Disadvantaged Communities Grant Program
The documents below describe the eligibility and funding requirements applicable to eligible states participating in the Grant Program. The documents describe how the Agency intends to award funding. States will use this funding to assist underserved, small and disadvantaged communities that are unable to finance activities needed to comply with the SDWA, provide access to drinking water services, and respond to a drinking water contaminant.
