Resources for CUPSS Users

CUPSS is a legacy software application that was developed more than 10 years ago to assist drinking water and wastewater utilities in implementing an asset management plan. While still available for use, the tool is no longer being updated and may not compatible with the latest computer operating systems.   • CUPSS User's Guide (pdf) (5.03 MB, October 2014)
    This guide includes a description of the functions and capabilities of CUPSS and step-by-step instructions for using the application to develop and implement an asset management plan.
  • Getting Started with CUPSS Workbook (pdf) (1.08 MB, May 2012)
    This workbook is designed to give you five easy steps to get ready for using CUPSS for drinking water and wastewater utilities.
