How-To Guides To Assemble Your E3 Team

Interested in expanding your sustainability efforts through the E3 framework? Our "How-To Guides" lead communities and manufacturers through the process of assembling your E3 team and preparing for an E3 assessment, the heart of the E3 effort. The community, manufacturer, and supply-chain guides offer key steps, resources, and strategies to implement your E3 project.

Read about E3 Assessments.

The value-stream mapping (VSM) guide will walk assessment teams and manufacturers through the VSM process. VSM is a lean management method for analyzing the current state of your process or service, and working towards an improved less costly and quicker future. While the guides can be used to help develop an E3 or Green Suppliers Network project, each team can customize the process to meet its specific needs.

To get started, select a guide below to learn more, and identify how your organization best fits into the E3 framework. Let E3 know you are interested, and an E3 representative will contact you.
