The Case Resolution Manual provides procedural information to case managers within the Office of External Civil Rights Compliance to ensure EPA’s prompt, effective, and efficient resolution of civil rights complaints and compliance reviews consistent with federal civil rights laws and the EPA’s mission – to protect human health and the environment for all people. It is designed to be a living document that reflects the latest and best practices.
