ERP Coke and Terracon met with Mr. Wes Hardegree of the US EPA on February 16, 2016 to discuss the data gap sampling and review the comments for the CMS to SMA 4. A Comment on Corrective Measures Study letter dated February 17, 2016 from EPA was received by ERP Coke on February 22, 2016. This letter included comments for the CMS on SMA 4 and SMA 5. According to the letter the due date for the revisions is 90 days from the receipt of the letter which will be May 20, 2016.
