Submission Schema for RIN and Credit Transactions in the EPA Moderated Transaction System (EMTS)

This ZIP file contains the xml format that must be followed for submission of transactions into the EPA Moderated Transaction System (EMTS) for the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) or Fuels Averaging, Banking and Trading (ABT).
