March 14, 2008, Public Hearing on the 2010 General Conformity Proposed Revisions
On March 14, 2008, EPA held a hearing on the Agency's proposal to streamline the General Conformity program requirements under 40 CFR part 93 subpart B. The hearing was held at EPA Headquarters in Washington D.C. The final rule was published on April 5, 2010, and effective on July 6, 2010.
