2009 Annual Report: Black River AOC Remedial Action Plan
This plan is intended to serve as a tool to help guide decisions made within the river corridor and includes an appendix of suggested best management practices to ensure that new development along the river, which is not only acknowledged but actually encouraged by participants in the planning process, does not contribute to further degradation of water quality.
