Presentations on the Black Carbon Diesel Initiative
EPA has presented on the successes of the Black Carbon Diesel Initiative in the Russian Arctic.
Demonstration projects were presented at two conferences in 2014:
- “Improving fuel economy and reduction of emissions from road transport in Russia,” June 17-18, 2014, Moscow, organized by UNEP.
- XVII Annual Congress “Atmosphere-2014”, June 18-19, Saint Petersburg, organized by Scientific Research Institute for Atmospheric Air Protection (SRI).
Off-road vehicle policy recommendations were presented at an emissions summit which took place in Moscow in February 2015.
