AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),
City of Las Vegas WWTP
Las Vegas, NM 87701
is authorized to discharge from a facility located on South Highway 85 (0.5 mile south of Las Vegas) in the City of Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico to receiving waters named the Gallinas River, Segment No. 20.6.4.220, of the Pecos River Basin, the discharge is located on that water at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 35d 33' 59.68" North and Longitude 105d 12' 42.37" West
in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV hereof.
