AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

Los Alamos County Department of Public Utilities
Los Alamos Wastewater Treatment Facility
1000 Central Avenue, Suite 130
Los Alamos, NM 87544

is authorized to discharge from a facility located at 3500 Pueblo Canyon Road, Los Alamos, Los Alamos County, New Mexico. The discharge will be to receiving water named Pueblo Canyon, an unclassified water (20.6.4.98 NMAC), from a point located approximately Outfall 001: Latitude 35° 52' 55" North and Longitude 106° 14' 54" West

in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, III and Part IV.
