CSAPR Assurance Provision Information

The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) trading programs include assurance provisions to ensure that the emissions reductions required from each state under the trading programs will occur within the state.

Budgets, Variability Limits, and Assurance Levels

These three files include the state budgets, variability limits, and assurance levels for sulfur dioxide (SO₂), annual nitrogen oxides (NO_x), and ozone season NO_x. The files incorporate all adjustments that have been finalized, including adjustments made in the CSAPR Update. The files are provided in both Excel and PDF format.
