March 13, 1996.

Summary:
Adoption of oxygenated fuels program for the Northern New Jersey nonattainment area which applies from November 1 through the last day of February.

New Regulations Included As Part of the SIP:
NJAC 7:27, Subchapter 25, Control and Prohibition of Air Pollution by Vehicular Fuels, effective October 5, 1992.
