Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint Nos. 03R-07-R9 and 11R-98-R9
On July 7, 2017, ECRCO issued a Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint Nos. 03R-07-R9 and 11R-98-R9, involving the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). The complaints alleged generally that ADEQ violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the EPA’s nondiscrimination regulation found at 40 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 7.
