EPA CFR Comment: The following definitions are state specific and are not approved into the SIP: 
“Carbon dioxide”, “Greenhouse gas”, “Hydrofluorocarbons”, “Methane”, “Nitrous oxide”, “Perfluorocarbons”, and 
“Sulfur hexafluoride”.

NOTE: Dates in brackets at the end of each section are State effective dates of amendments to the section.
