PART 99  CONFORMITY TO THE STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OF TRANSPORTATION PLANS, PROGRAMS, AND PROJECTS  (20 NMAC 2.99)
As approved by EPA April 23, 2010 (75 FR 21169) effective June 22, 2010 (NMd27) NM018.

NOTE:  Sections shown with a “State approval/effective date” of 11/23/2009 in the current CFR and in the Federal Register published April 23, 2010 (76 FR 21169 to 21174) are shown in the attached file with an effective date of 10/31/02.  These sections were renumbered effective 10/31/2002 but the text of these sections was apparently not changed.  The effective date at the end of the respective sections in the attached file have “11/23/98; 20.2.99.xxx NMAC - Rn, 20 NMAC 2.99.xxx 10/31/02” where “xxx” is the current section number.  The section numbers in the attached file are the same as the respective section numbers in the CFR and the April 23, 2010 Federal Register and in 20.2.99 NMAC effective 6/1/2009.
