(Approved by EPA 07/26/82 (47 FR 32126) at 52.2270(c)(44) effective 09/24/82.)

44     No person may cause, suffer, allow or permit the burning of garbage or rubbish in a single-chamber residential or commercial incinerator unless the Executive Director approves an incinerator demonstrated to provide equivalent performance to multiple-chamber incinerators.
