Memo: Supplemental Information on Interstate Transport SIPs for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide supplemental information to states and the Environmental Protection Agency Regional offices as they develop or review state implementation plans (SIPs) that address section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(I) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), also called the "good neighbor" provision, as it pertains to the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) of 75 parts per billion (ppb). Specifically, we are providing future year ozone design values and contribution modeling outputs for monitors in the United States based on updated air quality modeling (for 2023) and monitoring data.
