Allotment Memorandum for the Small, Underserved, and Disadvantaged Communities Grants

The documents below include information on the Small, Underserved, and Disadvantaged Communities Grant Program allotments, authorized under Section 2104 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN Act). The final FY2018 and FY2019 amount available for this program was $42,854,000, and included state and territorial allotments as well as funding to support tribal water systems.

On August 24, 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the FY2021 Grant Program state allotments.  The final amount available for this program in FY 2021 is $25,880,000.
