Lessons Learned from EPA’s Management of Prior Congressional Earmarks

The Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency plans to begin reviewing prior audit reports to identify lessons learned related to the EPA’s management of congressional earmarks. This project addresses the following fiscal year 2022 top management challenge for the Agency: managing infrastructure funding and business operations.
