Cirbia Solutions Inc. has submitted a Class 3 RCRA permit modification to increase the total container storage capacity at the facility by greater then 25%. Federal regulation require that Class 3 permit modifications have a public notice component for no less than 45-days. EPA will be accepting public comments regarding the RCRA Class 3 permit modification from September 8, 2026 through October 26, 2026.
