AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

is authorized to discharge to receiving waters named Santa Fe River in Segment No. 20.6.4.113 NMAC of the Rio Grande Basin, from a facility located at 73 Paseo Real, Santa Fe, in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
The discharge is located on that water at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 35○ 37′ 52.41″ N, Longitude 106○ 05′ 18.88″ W
in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, and IV hereof:
